HOT SALSA 
1 gal. tomatoes, chopped
12 hot peppers
3 green bell peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar

Place all vegetables in a large skillet. Stir. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Seal or freeze.
