HOT SALSA 
24 tomatoes
3 onions, chopped
3 green bell peppers
10 chili peppers, chopped
1/2 c. cider vinegar
Salt to taste

In 6 quart pan simmer ingredients 4-5 hours. May be blended in Osterizer for less chunky. Bottle and seal.
