HOT SALSA 
Peel and chop 2 qts. ripe tomatoes
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. hot green peppers (Jalapeno's chopped)

Bring to a good hot boil (not a hard boil) about 1 minute. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to each pint. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal.

Makes about 5 pints.
