ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 golden yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

FROSTING:

20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding (mix as directed on box)
1 can Baker's coconut on top of frosting

Beat cake mix, eggs and oil. Fold in oranges and juice. Pour into 3 (9-inch) pans. Bake as directed on box. When cooled, frost.
