ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 can (sm.) mandarin oranges (including juice)

Mix and beat 2 minutes. Pour into 2 cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Gradually add instant pudding to Cool Whip. Mix well. Add pineapple, including juice, a little at a time until thoroughly mixed. Put on cooled cake. Both layers. Keep in refrigerator.
