KOREAN SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, washed and drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained (or fresh bean sprouts)
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 green onions and tops, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Toss together the above ingredients, putting the egg slices on top after tossing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt

Mix in blender about 1 minute and serve with salad.
