LAYERED FRUIT DESSERT 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, in juice (do not drain)
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 bananas, sliced crosswise
1 qt. strawberries
1 pt. fresh blueberries or other fresh fruit
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed

Place pineapple chunks and juice in a 3-quart glass bowl. Reserve some of the mandarin oranges for garnish and place remainder in bowl with pineapple. Sprinkle the dry pudding over the fruit; stir well and refrigerate until it sets, about 20 minutes.

Dip banana slices in orange or pineapple juice and layer on top of the pudding. Reserve some of the strawberries for garnish. Slice and layer the remainder over the bananas. Reserve a few blueberries and layer the remainder on the strawberries. Top with Cool Whip and garnish top with reserved fruit. Serves 12.
