KIELBASSI WITH SAUERKRAUT 
2 lbs. Buhay's Kielbassi
1 lg. onion, diced
1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut
4 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt & pepper

Saute onions in cooking oil until tender. Add sauerkraut that has been thoroughly rinsed and drained. Saute together for 15 minutes. Add kielbassi and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy. Yields 8 servings.
