CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 
1 c. milk (little over 3/4 cup)
1 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 dash salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. peanut butter (plain or chunky)

Add all ingredients except butter and peanut butter when it begins to boil. Add your butter and peanut butter, stir until it begins to thicken a bit. Then put very cold water in sink enough to cover pot ingredients put pot in this water and stir. This will thicken fudge quickly.

When it is thickened take pot out of water wipe bottom of pan off. You don't want to get water in fudge pan. Pour on buttered pan, refrigerate.
