SALMON LOAVES 
2 c. flaked canned salmon
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. thick cream sauce
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients blending well, pour into greased individual souffle dishes and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, placing individual dishes in a pan of water. Serves 6.
