ROMAINE SALAD 
1 lb. Romaine lettuce
Juice of 1 lemon
Glove of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 - 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted lightly
1 c. grated Swiss
1/3 c. grated fresh Parmesan

Mix lemon, garlic, salt, pepper and oil in blender or shake vigorously in tightly closed container. Rinse lettuce, tear into pieces and refrigerate until ready to use. Just before serving, toss lettuce, bacon, cheeses and salad dressing. It's wonderful.
