2 kinds of lettuce, Romaine and green salad lettuce
Fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. each raisins and apples
Toasted pecans
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Toss with poppy seed dressing before serving. To toast pecans, put in broiler with butter until crispy.
