ITALIAN ROMAINE SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 c. thinly sliced red onion
4 oz. artichoke hearts
2 oz. diced pimentos
1 c. grated Provolone cheese
2 c. Parmesan cheese

DRESSING:

2 c. salad oil
1 c. red wine vinegar
3 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

DRESSING: Mix well before pouring on salad. Then toss dressing and salad together. Let salad marinade for 5 minutes before serving.
