HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
7 oz. stewing beef 4 oz. carrots 1/2 c. French style green beans 1 can sliced mushrooms 1 green pepper, diced 1/2 can bean sprouts 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. soy sauce Oregano Dehydrated onion flakes Garlic powder Salt and pepper Drain all vegetables, combine all ingredients except bean sprouts and cook until meat and carrots are tender (about 1 1/2 hours). Add drained bean sprouts about 10 minutes before removing from flame. This entire recipe equals one dinner portion. NOTE: This is my favorite recipe from "Appetizing Slenderizing Recipes", Conway Diet Institute. |
