BRONCO BROWNIES 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Heat caramels with 1/3 cup milk to melt; set aside. Combine cake mix, butter, and remaining 1/3 cup milk. Mix well and add nuts. Press half the dough into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour melted caramels over chips. Spoon on remaining dough. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
