HAMBURGER NOODLE BAKE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. med. noodles, cooked & drained
8 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded (2 c.)
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted

In skillet cook beef and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender; drain off fat. Combine meat and onion with noodles, cheese, soup, 1 cup water, green pepper, chili sauce, pimiento, salt and dash pepper. Mix well. Turn into 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Combine crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until hot. Trim with green pepper ring, if desired. Serves 12.
