RON'S LOADED BAKED POTATOES | |
6 large potatoes (your choice) FILLING: 6 bacon slices, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 tsp. minced garlic 2 tbsp. cream cheese 2 tbsp. dairy sour cream Pierce potatoes, wrap in Saran or plastic wrap and put into microwave for about 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, cook bacon, onion and garlic and set aside. Mix cheese and dairy sour cream and set aside. When potatoes are cooked remove plastic wrap and place in foil. Cut a "cross" into each potato nearly to the bottom and pull apart. Spoon cheese mixture into each one and then add the bacon mix onto the cheese mix, wrap up tightly in foil to keep hot. Place on plate with foil still on... Makes a great side dish for any meal! Submitted by: Ronnie Hardman |
