BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 can drained mushrooms
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 can Campbell's Beef Consomme
1 pt. sour cream

Dust meat with flour, pepper and garlic. Brown with butter. Add onion and stir until onions are tender. Add soup and cook for 1 hour, until meat is tender.

Let sour cream stand until it is room temperature.

Add sour cream to meat. Stir until blended. Cornstarch may be added to thicken. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
