POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
1 box Royal toasted coconut instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. hot water

Beat eggs and add oil, mix well. Add pudding mix and cake mix. Then add nuts and poppy seeds. Add hot water, mix well. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be baked in regular or small loaf pan.
