BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide noodles (cooked and drained)
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) each cream of tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, brown beef. Remove beef and drain fat. In the same skillet melt butter over medium high heat. Saute' onion and pepper until tender. Add beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups, mix well. Spoon into a greased 3 quart casserole, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
