FRIED RICE 
2 c. cooked "Minute" rice
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. butter or oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. either shrimp, bacon, boiled ham, cooked pork or wieners, diced
1/2 c. fresh cooked peas
1 egg

Scramble egg in butter or oil, add all ingredients except soy sauce. Mix, cook 4-5 minutes. Stir gently - adding soy sauce. Cook another 2 minutes. Serves 4. This recipe may be doubled.
