FRIED RICE 
2 tbsp. oil
3 c. cooked rice
1-2 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 c. cooked meat (shrimp, chicken, pork or beef)
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Any chopped vegetables can be added

Heat well in greased skillet - add oil. Put rice in and stir until well coated with oil. Add bean sprouts and stir fry 2 minutes. (Add any other vegetables at this point). Add meat and onions - stir until heated. Add soy sauce and sherry, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs, cook and stir until cooked through.
