FRIED RICE 
4 c. cooked rice, cooled
2 peppers, diced
4 scallions, diced
2 eggs
1 can shrimp (or diced cooked pork, beef)
Crisco oil
Salt, soy sauce, and Accent to taste

Saute peppers and scallions in oil. Scramble eggs and chop in small pieces. Add to peppers and scallions. Add rice and canned shrimp, well drained. Add salt, soy sauce, and accent to taste.
