CORN FRITTERS 
12 ears sweet corn
2 eggs, beaten separately
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Grate the ears of corn and rub through sieve to rid it of hulls. Combine corn with eggs, beaten separately, flour, baking powder, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into hot deep fat. Brown on both sides and drain on paper towels.
