FAJITA MARINADE | |
4 c. light soy sauce 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 8 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 4 tsp. ground ginger Mix ingredients in a jar that can be sealed and kept. Pour marinade over meat for at least 2 hours and up to overnight in a sealed container in the refrigerator. After using marinade it can be kept and reused. |
