O.'S MEATBALLS & SPAGHETTI 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. ground meat
1 1/2 c. torn bread crumbs

1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 stalk chopped celery
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 med. onion, minced
3 dashes pepper

1. Form above into meatballs.

2. Place in skillet and fry until light brown.

3. Add meatballs to 4 to 6 pounds of tomato sauce. Add to sauce 3 teaspoons oregano, 2 teaspoons marjoram, and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.

4. Simmer several hours. Serve over spaghetti.
