CASSEROLE MEXICANA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
Grated cheese
Taco flavored tortilla chips

Brown ground beef and onion and drain well. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and kidney beans (do not drain beans). Simmer until mixture is hot. Layer meat mixture, then chips, cheese, and repeat (meat, chips and cheese) with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and is hot.
