MUSTARD BEANS 
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 tsp. dried parsley leaves
Salt to taste
2 cans (16 oz. each) cut green beans, drained

Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Mix cornstarch with milk, mustard, oregano, parsley and salt. Cook over medium heat; stirring constantly, until smooth. Add beans, heat thoroughly. Makes 4 servings.
