MUSTARD GREEN BEANS 
1 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. sliced onion
1 qt. drained green beans

Bring to boil first 5 ingredients. Remove from heat and add onion. When onion is limp in the vinegar mixture, add beans. Return to the heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate overnight.
