ANNA'S MUSTARD, COLLARDS, AND
TURNIP GREEN MIX
 
3 bags of frozen greens
1-2 ham hocks
Seasoning salt
1 half of an onion
4 tbsp. cooking oil

Boil ham hocks for 2 1/2 hours until tender. Add greens and 2 1/2 cups of water. Let cook for 30 minutes. Add other ingredients. Season to taste. Cook under low fire for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, adding water as needed until tender. Let simmer. Serves 6-8.
