3 c. dark brown sugar
3 c. butter
6 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 tbsp. baking soda
3 c. flour

Put everything in a large bowl. Mash, knead and squeeze. Form into small balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. They flatten out as they bake.
