MIDDLEFIELD SWISS CHEESE GREEN
BEANS
 
2 cans french green beans, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add sour cream and stir until smooth and bubbly. Do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in beans then spread in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Top with 1/2 cup Corn Flake crumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
