GARLIC & CHEESE GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. green beans
1 med. lemon
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese

1. Cook beans for 8 minutes.

2. Remove peel from lemon in thin strips so they are curly, squeeze juice from lemon, put aside.

3. Heat oil in pan and cook garlic until soft (happens quickly). Add beans and toss to coat well.

4. Toss in pepper and lemon juice and add to serving dish. Garnish with lemon peel and top with cheese.
