MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4 or 5 chicken breasts, deboned, skinless, boiled until done & cut into strips
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. bag cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (hot) Rotel tomatoes, found in Mexican food section

Can be cooked in oven or microwave. Use casserole dish. Cook chicken until done, debone and cut into strips. Put full layer of Doritos on bottom of casserole dish. Next put layer of chicken. Spread top of chicken with chopped onions.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
