CHICKEN MEXICAN 
1 boiled & deboned chicken, chopped up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chopped up Velveeta or 1 c. Cheez Whiz
1 chopped up onion
1 green pepper, chopped
Tortillas (if you like)

Mix ingredients; pour into a casserole and bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
