MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 sm. onion (chopped)
1 can of tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) pkg. of Mexican Velveeta
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken
1 med. bag of Doritos chips, 6 to 8 oz.

Place chicken in bottom of pan. Place onion on top of chicken, sprinkle with pepper, grade or slice cheese and spread over onions. Crush half other Doritos and spread over cheese. Mix soups and chopped tomatoes in bowl and pour over chips. Spread other half of the crushed chips over soup mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Yes! My mother made this before she passed when we were kids but she added salt, sage and thyme leaves.
