ZIPPY BEEF DIP 
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. sherry
8 oz. creamed cheese (softened)
Pinch of dried dill
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 oz. chipped dry beef
1/4 c. chopped green onion
Pinch of garlic powder

Blend all ingredients and mix well. Can be served cold or heated in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or party-size rye or pumpernickle bread.
