1 lb. lard 2 cakes yeast 5 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 3 egg yolks 1 c. sweet cream fillings Crumble yeast over lard. Add flour, mixing well. Add eggs and egg yolks. Add salt and cream. Let set in bowl overnight in refrigerator. Roll dough out on sugar coated surface. Cut into squares. Add filling of your choice. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
