KENTUCKY LEMON PIE | |
4 eggs 2 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice 2 lemons, sliced very thin Pie crust bottom & top Place sliced lemons in bottom crust. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sliced lemons. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 300 degrees and continue baking for about 45 minutes. This pie will turn your mouth inside out; it may as well be called "pucker pie". Be sure to serve it with sweetened whipped cream. |
