CORNMEAL WAFFLES 
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 lg. eggs, separated

Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl and make a well in the center. Pour in milk, butter and egg yolks; whisk into dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into batter.
