SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Stir butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese into noodles. Form mixture into 10-inch pie pan. In skillet, cook beef and onion. Drain off fat. Stir in jar of spaghetti sauce. Pour on top of noodles.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more.
