SPAGHETTI - RICOTTA PIE 
3-4 eggs blend into 2 lb. ricotta cheese with
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1/4-1/2 c. milk

Mix all together with 1/2 pound cooked spaghetti. Pour into two 8 inch pie plates. Lightly grease and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour until brown on top.
