BULGOKI 
1 kg. fillet or beefsteak
1 tbsp. red wine
3 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 med. onion, grated (optional)

One slice of beef about 1/8 inch thick. Combine the wine with sugar and marinate the beef in the mixture for about 30 minutes.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour them over the sliced beef, tossing to combine well. Heat a frying pan and add the beef and cook until it is well done on both sides. Serve immediately.
