BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
DRESSING:

2 c. light mayonnaise or 1 c. plain yogurt and 1 c. light mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese

Mix together and stir into: 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-size pieces 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Marinate in refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

NOTE: Add bacon about 1/2 hour before serving, so it will retain crispiness.
