ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and zucchini together well. Add dry ingredients, vanilla, raisins and nuts in that order. Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
