BAKED PINEAPPLE 
2 (20 oz.) canned crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. plain flour
2 c. grated sharp cheese
6 tbsp. juice
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Drain pineapple, save 6 tablespoons juice. Mix sugar and flour together. Stir in juice. Mix cheese and pineapple and stir into first mixture. Put in a greased 2 quart Pyrex dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
