BAKED CHICKEN 
2 fryers, baked 30 minutes, cut up
1 onion soup mix
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 Russian or Catalina salad dressing

Mix onion soup mix, apricot preserves and salad dressing. Pour over chickens and baste chickens several times while baking. Bake until chickens are done, about 45 more minutes. Bake in baking dish at 350 degrees.
