ITALIAN CHEESE PUFFS 
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped dried beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. flour
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to boil. Stir in flour all at once. Remove from heat. Beat until mix forms a ball and leaves side of pan. Beat in eggs, one at a time and stir until mix has become velvety and smooth. Stir in dried beef, cheese. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. About 35 puffs. Good!
