OIL PIE DOUGH
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. cold water

Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Pour oil and water into measuring cup, but do not stir. Pour the mixture over the flour all at once. Stir these ingredients lightly with a fork until blended. Form them into a crust, right in the pan by patting out the dough with a spoon, or you may roll the dough out between 2 sheets of waxed paper. When ready, remove the top paper, reverse the crust into the pie pan and then remove the other paper. After pricking sides and bottom, bake 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated 475 degree oven. Cool before filling.

Makes 2 (9 inch) pie shells or 16 tarts.
