SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk

Drain oysters. Mix cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and butter. Sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture in buttered casserole. Cover with 1/2 of oysters. Spread another 1/3 of cracker crumbs. Add rest of oysters. Mix Worcestershire sauce with milk and pour over ingredients in casserole. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
